Job Summary

As Manager, you’ll oversee daily café operations, manage and expand our catering services, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. You’ll lead the team, maintain quality standards, and implement strategies to boost sales and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily café operations, ensuring seamless service and quality.

• Manage, train, and motivate café and catering staff.

• Drive sales and profitability through strategic planning.

• Coordinate catering orders and ensure timely delivery.

• Maintain vendor relationships and optimize purchasing.

• Monitor inventory and manage supply orders.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Address customer inquiries and feedback professionally.

• Collaborate on marketing efforts to grow the business.

• Manage financial performance, budgeting, and cost control.

Qualifications

• Valid B driving license required.

• Experience in barista work, cooking, and baking required.

• Proven experience in café management, catering, or restaurant operations.

• Strong leadership and team-building skills.

• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of food safety regulations.

• Experience in budget management and sales strategies.
