Role Overview:
As CEO, you will be responsible for the overall strategic leadership and operational management of the company. You will drive growth, build strong stakeholder relationships, and ensure the company’s vision and goals are achieved. This role requires a strategic thinker with proven leadership skills and experience in fundraising, nonprofit, or related sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company’s strategic plan in alignment with the board and stakeholders
- Lead and inspire the management team and staff to achieve operational excellence
- Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and resource allocation
- Build and maintain relationships with donors, partners, and the community
- Ensure compliance with Swedish regulations and ethical fundraising standards
- Represent the company externally as its primary spokesperson
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably as CEO or equivalent
- Strong background in fundraising, nonprofit management, or related fields
- Excellent strategic planning, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead a diverse team and manage complex stakeholder relationships
- Relevant academic qualifications (e.g., MBA or equivalent) are preferred
- Fluency in Swedish and English
