Coordinator Ground Operations and Security

Wherever, whenever.   Take your aviation career to new heights! West Atlantic is looking for a Ground Operations & Security Coordinator to join our team in Malmö. In this role, you will be part of a fast-paced international environment where two days are not the same. For the right candidate, the position offers exciting opportunities for professional growth and development, both within the role and the company. Main Duties • Assist with administrative functions within the Ground and Security department • Update and maintain manuals • Perform background checks and security interviews • Contribute to different projects • Follow up on incidents and manage reports • Assist manager in follow up on operational matters • Support manager in continuous improvement of departmental routines and procedures Qualifications • Relevant work experience from the airline industry. For example from an airline, airport or handling company • Experience with administrative work • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Fluent in English, spoken and written • Legal right to live and work in the EU You • Strong organisational and administrative skills. • Structured, detail-oriented, and able to prioritise and meet deadlines. • Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently. • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. • Willingness to travel for inspections and operational support. • High level of safety and security awareness. Additional information This position is based at our Malmö Hyllie office. While the role primarily follows office hours, night work and business travel will occur.
