Data & Analytics Migration Program Lead

We are seeking an experienced Data & Analytics Migration Program Lead to drive the successful migration of data platforms, analytics systems, and reporting solutions to a modernized environment. This role requires strong program management skills, deep expertise in data and analytics, and a strategic mindset to lead cross-functional teams through the migration process efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive migration strategy for data and analytics platforms.
• Lead cross-functional teams, including data engineers, analysts, IT, and business stakeholders, to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Oversee the end-to-end migration process, including data extraction, transformation, validation, and loading.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance throughout the migration lifecycle.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define migration timelines, priorities, and risk mitigation plans.
• Monitor progress and provide regular updates to leadership, identifying and resolving potential roadblocks.
• Define success metrics and conduct post-migration evaluations to optimize data and analytics performance.
• Drive automation and best practices to enhance efficiency in data migration and transformation.
• Manage vendor relationships, where applicable, to support the migration efforts.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Hindi and English fluent skills.
• 7+ years of experience in data migration, data analytics, or program management.
• Proven experience leading large-scale data and analytics migration projects.
• Strong understanding of data governance, cloud platforms, and ETL processes.
• Expertise in modern analytics tools, data warehousing, and reporting technologies.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working in an Agile environment is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in Agile, Safe and PMO practices.
• Certification in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) related to data and analytics.
• Experience with AI/ML-driven data migration strategies.
• Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to data migration (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).
