Could you be the full-time Integrated Services Readiness (ISR) Manager in Västerås we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your technical leadership and strategic expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative and collaborative teammates.
You'll play a critical role in shaping the future of our maintenance and logistics strategies while driving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (e.g., integrators, system suppliers, project management teams), oversee resource planning and budget management, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of leading the ISR team and ensuring alignment with corporate goals, but also developing strategies to optimize life cycle costs (LCC) and enhance customer documentation and logistics information.
We’ll look to you for:
- Disciplinary and technical leadership of the ISR team
- Ensuring the development of corporate goals and team alignment with current business needs
- Developing strategies to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Managing contractual requirements and their communication to internal and external stakeholders
- Planning and overseeing ISR resources, including budget responsibility
- Coordinating ISR work packages and ensuring Return of Experience (REX)
- Representing the ISR métier in customer meetings and internal projects
- Collaborating with ECM1-4 areas and other internal and external partners

- Degree in engineering, logistics, or a related field
- Leadership experience in management and control functions
- Strong customer orientation and understanding of production processes
- Experience or understanding of Life Cycle Cost (LCC) and Integrated Logistic Support (ILS)
- Knowledge of spare parts management, maintenance documentation, and training
- Familiarity with Condition-Based Maintenance (CBM) and special tools
- Proven ability to collaborate across teams and build partnerships
- Creative problem-solving skills and a willingness to drive innovation
- A commitment to fostering diversity and open exchange of ideas
