Position Summary

We are seeking a Part-Time Research Coordinator (50%) to support the management of a WADA-funded research project. This is an on-site position with some travel required between Sweden and Germany.

This is a 1-year project starting in September 2025. Continuation depends on future funding.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage activities related to the WADA grant
• Prepare and handle blood samples according to established protocols
• Develop and refine laboratory protocols
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure operational readiness
• Manage research data and ensure data integrity
• Ensure compliance with ethical, regulatory, and safety standards
• Collaborate with international partners and travel as needed

Qualifications

• Demonstrated laboratory experience, including sample preparation
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative research environment
• Experience with mass spectrometry and -omics technologies is a plus
• Master’s degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
