Project Manager
We are looking for a Project Manager for a company in Sandviken. Start is in august, 4 months contract to begin with.
Role description:
We are seeking a highly skilled lead to drive our IT Financial Management (ITFM) initiative. This role requires a seasoned professional with a technical background, exceptional organizational skills, and proven experience in the implementation of financial solutions and service models.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the ITFM initiative and the Common Service Data Model, aligning with strategic business and IT objectives.
- Implement IT financial management processes, tools, and frameworks, ensuring transparency of IT spend and invoicing.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, IT, and Business Units to gather requirements and drive adoption of service data models and ITFM practices.
- Translate business and financial requirements into technical solutions and ensure integration with existing systems.
- Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables, ensuring structured and on-time execution together with our supplier.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience leading ITFM or Technology Business Management (TBM) initiatives.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and implement financial solutions in IT environments.
- Deep understanding of cost modelling, budgeting, forecasting, service modelling and chargeback/show back models.
- Ability to align financial management practices with service-centric data structures to enhance transparency, accountability, and strategic decision-making across the IT landscape.
- Structured, analytical, and detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of bridging gaps between technical and financial teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with enterprise financial systems and ServiceNow
- Understanding of the Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
- TBM/ITFM certifications are a plus.
This is a full-time consultant position through Incluso in Sandviken. Start is in August, 4 months contract to begin with.
