Sales Assistant

Location: Nordby, Strömstad Municipality, Västra Götaland County Who we are looking for: Sales Assistant Your responsibilities: - assist customers and provide excellent service on the sales floor; - restock products and ensure that displays are tidy and appealing; - answer customer inquiries and help them find suitable products; - maintain a pleasant and welcoming store environment; - contribute to high-quality customer interactions and product presentation. Requirements: - at least an Intermediate Swedish language level; - previous experience in retail is beneficial; - ability to handle physical tasks such as early morning product stocking; - readiness to work variable shifts, including weekends and early mornings. Your profile: - friendly and helpful; - good listener and clear communicator; - patient, positive, and a strong team player; - solution-oriented and able to work well under pressure. What the employer offers: - probationary employment with the possibility of a permanent contract; - part-time contract (50%); - varying work hours within store opening times (Monday–Friday 10:00–20:00, weekends 10:00–19:00, restocking starts at 06:00); - schedule provided one month in advance; - 15% staff discount and wellness allowance; - employment under collective agreement.
