Sales Engineer

We're looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer to join our team and support our UCaaS (Unified Communications as a Service) endpoints and terminal solution projects. You'll play a key role in pre-sales support, solution delivery, and ongoing customer success.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales technical support and project delivery for UCaaS endpoint solutions.
• Manage the full lifecycle of customer requirements — from gathering to solution design and delivery — while aligning expectations.
• Conduct product trainings, demos, and customer onboarding sessions.
• Build and maintain strong technical relationships with customers’ teams including product managers, sales engineers, and service personnel.
• Support account managers with technical insight to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Communications, Electronics, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar technical role. Experience in the unified communications industry is a plus. (Exceptional recent graduates are also welcome to apply.)
• Strong skills in customer needs analysis and problem-solving.
• Excellent interpersonal, coordination, and customer service skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities. Comfortable leading demos, customer meetings, and industry presentations.
• Ability to interface with both local customers and international pre-sales and R&D teams (Chinese language proficiency is a plus but not required).
