Sales Manager to Siemens Energy in Finspång
Company presentation We are now looking for a Sales Manager for SGT-700/800 and Control System Upgrades on behalf of our client Siemens Energy, a leading global player in the energy sector, for an assignment at their site in Finspång. Thanks to cutting-edge and innovative product development, the company is a well-established partner in the energy industry, delivering advanced and sustainable solutions to meet both current and future market demands. This assignment offers you the opportunity to work in an international and forward-thinking environment with strong opportunities for professional growth.This is initially a 12-month consultancy assignment via Unik Resurs, with a high possibility of extension.

About the role As Sales Manager, you are responsible for identifying business opportunities and managing the sales process from initial lead to project handover. Your main focus will be M&U solutions (Modifications & Upgrades) related to the SGT-700/800 gas turbines and associated control systems. You will operate on a global scale, either through our regional sales entities or directly with end customers.
Your responsibilities include:
- Taking full ownership of the sales process from lead generation to contract signing
- Working closely with the product and regional sales teams to identify optimal solutions
- Preparing technically accurate and commercially compliant offers
- Ensuring all work complies with Siemens Energy standards and ethical guidelines
- Managing stakeholders and ensuring effective communication at all levels
- Traveling internationally up to 60 days per year
What you bring You combine strong technical understanding with a sharp business acumen. You’re proactive, take ownership, and thrive in complex international sales processes. You have:
- 3–5 years of experience in sales, contract management or business development in a technical/industrial environment—ideally energy or oil & gas
- A relevant university degree or equivalent professional experience
- Solid technical knowledge—experience with gas turbines, especially SGT-800, is a strong plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams
- Experience working in international environments with cultural awareness
Requirements and Merits Required:
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- 3–5 years of relevant experience
- Strong technical knowledge within energy, industry, or related fields
- Willingness to travel internationally (up to 60 days/year)
Preferred:
- Proficiency in Swedish
- Experience with Siemens products and solutions
- Knowledge of SGT-700/800 turbines
- Familiarity with PM@Siemens methodology or similar
