Role Summary

We’re looking for an SAP EWM Solution Architect to join our Digital Core team within Scania IT. In this role, you’ll be a key player in driving our SAP-enabled transformation, especially in the area of warehouse management.

You’ll help design and refine our global SAP template, ensuring alignment with business needs, system architecture, and best practices. Your work will be central to our industrial ERP program, enabling Scania to streamline logistics and production operations with greater speed, insight, and flexibility.

Job Responsibilities

  • Design, architect, and enhance SAP EWM solutions within Scania’s global ERP transformation program
  • Lead project activities related to warehouse management, including template setup and rollout
  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions that follow industry standards
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders across business, IT, and supplier teams
  • Safeguard solution integrity by following standard practices and ensuring sustainable design choices
  • Support change management processes, including custom development and system integration needs
  • Explore and evaluate SAP products and innovations to identify potential value for Scania
  • Contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement

Who You Are

You are an experienced SAP professional with a deep understanding of Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) and how it supports efficient, modern logistics operations. You’re solution-oriented, curious, and eager to drive real business change through smart IT architecture. We believe you’ll thrive in this role if you bring:

  • 5+ years of experience with SAP EWM, including full lifecycle implementation
  • Solid understanding of warehousing business processes and integration points across SAP modules (e.g., TM, MM, PP, Yard Logistics)
  • Experience with warehouse automation technologies and how they integrate with SAP (e.g., AGVs, conveyors, smart picking solutions)
  • Familiarity with SAP BTP is a plus
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • A pragmatic, holistic mindset that balances innovation with business value
  • Experience in the automotive industry is advantageous
  • Fluency in English; Swedish is a plus
