We’re now seeking an experienced SAP Solution Lead Logistics to lead the design and implementation of our end-to-end logistics processes. You’ll be the strategic bridge between supply chain operations and enterprise technology—ensuring our SAP logistics solutions generate measurable business value and support global transformation.
This is a complex, large-scale program replacing multiple legacy systems. You’ll work with leading-edge tech, a globally distributed team, and contribute to a transformation that spans Europe, North America, and beyond.
About the Role
As SAP Solution Lead Logistics, you will own the end-to-end design of our inbound, internal, and outbound logistics flows within Husqvarna Group’s most significant transformation initiative. Your responsibilities stretch from strategic planning to deep-dive solution configuration across SAP MM, EWM, and TM in the S/4HANA environment.
Working cross-functionally with business stakeholders, architects, and external consultants, you’ll drive alignment of logistics requirements with technical design, ensure process standardization, and secure seamless integration across supply chain and adjacent areas.
You’ll also play an active role in shaping the Digital Logistics Roadmap—evaluating new SAP functionalities, partnering with process experts, and building scalable solutions that support global operations.
Your Mission

- Document and communicate business requirements with clarity and precision
- Lead solution design and ensure alignment with architectural and integration standards
- Partner with key stakeholders across business and IT to deliver transformation goals
- Drive logistics change management, risk mitigation, and delivery assurance
- Support continuous improvement and innovation in SAP logistics capabilities
- Contribute actively to developing the Digital Logistics Roadmap
About You
With 10–15+ years of experience in SAP Logistics, you bring deep functional knowledge and configuration expertise in modules such as MM, WM, EWM, and TM. You understand how logistics master data structures support operations and you’ve played a key role in global transformation programs—preferably involving SAP S/4HANA.
Your leadership style is collaborative and focused on outcomes. You know how to drive alignment between global and regional stakeholders, communicate with impact, and deliver results in agile, cross-functional teams. You bring clarity to complexity and momentum to change.
With extensive experience designing and implementing SAP logistics solutions across MM, IM, EWM, and TM, you bring a solid understanding of end-to-end logistics flows—from inbound to warehousing and outbound. Your technical expertise in logistics master data and ERP integration, combined with a strong background in global programs and agile delivery, makes you a key transformation enabler. You collaborate closely with business stakeholders to co-create strategic logistics roadmaps, communicate fluently in English, and influence effectively across functions. Your familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and logistics analytics rounds out a well-rounded, forward-thinking profile.
Location
This role can be located at any of our sites in Sweden (Huskvarna, Stockholm or Jonsered).
The role includes traveling worldwide from time to time (when the business needs).
