Who we are looking for

We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Analog Designer with a proven track record in analog design to join our team and design the next generation of embedded memory solutions. As a Senior Analog Designer at Xenergic, you will work closely with a team of talented engineers and contribute to the development of next-generation products.



The key responsibilities in this position:

  • Design and develop memory IP from concept to production.
  • Customer support and company representation in technical sales and tradeshows.
  • Own and drive project from schematic design until silicon report and customer delivery.
  • Close collaboration with digital, verification, software and measurement teams through different phases of development to ensure a successful product.
  • Conduct design reviews and assist in silicon bring-up and validation.
  • Support silicon debugging and post-silicon characterization when needed.
  • Technical leadership and mentorship.


Qualifications:

  • Ph.D/ Master’s. degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in analog design.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard EDA tools for circuit simulation and verification.
  • Experience with design closure and silicon bring up.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Good understanding about statistics, rare event detection and variation-aware design.


Merits:

  • Proven expertise in memory design is highly desired.
  • Knowledge and experience with memories in AI/ML architectures.
  • Familiar with memory structures in GPUs and high-speed CPUs.
  • Familiar with analog circuit design such as differential amplifiers, op-amps, band-gap, sense-amps, sub and near threshold design.
  • Experience with advanced nodes (sub 10nm).
  • Experience with high frequency design.
  • Experience working with memory compilers.
  • Experience with automotive grade design and qualification.
  • Experience with physical verification and automation is highly desired.
  • Experience with digital and mixed signal design flow is highly desired.
