This position is located in Solna, Sweden and will be an on-site role.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Analyze current and historical financial data to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and projections to support business planning.
• Evaluate capital expenditures, depreciation and investment opportunities.
• Develop and assess profit plans aligned with company goals.
• Identify financial trends and provide strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with finance and cross-functional teams to align forecasts and business strategies.
• Build and maintain financial models to support forecasting and scenario planning.
• Monitor production costs and support cost-efficiency initiatives.
• Lead cost accounting processes, including cost setup, tracking, and variance analysis.

The essential requirements of the job include

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing finance.
• Strong background in cost accounting and plant finance support.
• Proficiency in English (spoken, written, and reading).
• Experience with ERP systems and handling large financial datasets.
• Advanced skills in Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Knowledge of programming or automation tools (e.g., SQL, Python, VBA) is a strong plus.
