Senior Hardware Design Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Hardware Design Engineer for a global company in Västerås with expertise in electronics design and PCB development.

Start is in September 2025, 1 year's contract to begin with, possibility of extension after that.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Altium Designer and experienced in PCB layout.

• Strong background in electronics design.

• Experience in power electronics and thermal management.

• Skilled in integration of electronics into mechanical enclosures with forced convection.

• Hands-on experience in lab-testing and prototype verification.

• Experience working with 400 VAC or higher voltages.

• Project leadership skills for leading technical sub-projects in an international agile environment.

• Fluency in Swedish and English is required.

Preferable qualifications:

• Experience with Ansys CFD simulations.

• Electrical competency authorization level 3, or equivalent experience for laboratory work with equipment operating below 1 kV.

This is a full-time consultant position through Incluso in Västerås. Start is in September 2025, 1 year's contract to begin with, possibility of extension after that.
