The Staff Technical Project Manager is responsible for working across the Cytiva IT – Enterprise Applications project portfolio and teams, working in lockstep with global stakeholders to support the delivery of services and value to the organization.
This position reports to the Director - Enterprise Applications PMO & Release Mgmt and is part of the Enterprise Applications PMO & Release Mgmt Team, located in Europe and will be an on-site role in either, Amersham, UK, Krakow, Poland or Uppsala, Sweden.
What you will do:
- Management and responsibility for the tracking and successful delivery of the Cytiva IT – Enterprise applications planned initiatives and projects.
- Governance of Cytiva IT - Enterprise applications project management ensuring effective change and release management.
- Define Metrics to measure success and enable continuous improvements.
- Partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to drive prioritization, On-time delivery, progress tracking, flag risks and implement countermeasures aligned to Cytiva IT PMO governance.
- Create focus and alignment around processes, standard work and establishing a focus on improvement in IT KPI’s and Services.
Who you are:
- Multiple years of experience in IT Project Management with a strong background in managing complex IT projects in a global organization, including budgeting, prioritization, managing customer expectations, and change management.
- Experience in usage of project management and governance tools/process and ability to influence business through credible knowledge and experience.
- Excellent in cross functional collaboration including meeting facilitation and consensus building – A coaching and motivating approach!
- Strong Process & Framework Expertise and a data driven mindset.
Able to travel up to 25%, including internationally.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Experience in IT systems.
- Bachelor’s Degree in business, computer science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) or equivalent.
- Certificated in DBS VPM Tool, PMI-ACP, Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP) or Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
- Experience in working in driving projects using a Risk based approach.
- Experience in working with global outsourcing partners.
- Strong adapter to new circumstances, such as changes in the business environment and the ability to apply guidance from common organizational change management frameworks.
- Extensive Cytiva Organizational Awareness and network.
- Ability to work & navigate in a matrix organization.
