Your Responsibilities • Manage purchase orders, supplier confirmations, and deliveries • Monitor inventory levels, stock turnover, and demand planning • Handle backorders, deviations, and supplier escalations • Oversee supplier evaluations and compliance with agreements • Ensure alignment with forecasting, tenders, and risk management • Utilize ERP (BC), Power BI, and WMS systems for procurement efficiency The Bigger Picture You will be part of a purchasing team of six colleagues based at Mediplast’s office in Malmö. This is a full-time position with close internal and external collaboration. Our Expectations We’re looking for someone with a relevant education in purchasing or business, along with 3–5 years of experience in a similar role. You are confident working with systems, especially Excel, and preferably have experience with ERP systems like Business Central. Experience from the MedTech industry is a plus. You are analytical, structured and solution-oriented. As a person, you’re humble, communicative and a true team player. You are fluent in both Swedish and English, written and spoken.
