Warehouse Supervision Manager (LWB5)

Mission: Organize and manage warehousing operations, including reception, storage, order preparation, and shipments according to SPS principles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Hierarchical management of operators or teams of operators in a Distribution Center/Warehouse.
  • Oversee employee performance, development, engagement, and discipline.
  • Ensure the performance of "standard work" within the sector or department.
  • Occasionally assist LWB1 or LWB2 operators as needed.
  • Temporarily move or shift individual operators based on changes in demand or priorities.

Main Activities:

  • Enforce compliance with HSE and 5S rules, including reporting and managing incidents and near misses.
  • Ensure compliance with quality systems and proper application of defined processes and procedures.
  • Legally responsible in case of accidents.
  • Optimize daily/weekly balance of workload/resources (internal, external storage, and freight capacities).
  • Adjust MPH programs according to customer priorities in ad-hoc systems (LDS, DISS, etc.).
  • Manage logistics processes from receiving goods to shipping finished goods and wastes.
  • Lead the SIM loop 2 with appropriate indicators and action plans, ensuring compliance with SPS of SIM 1.
  • Synchronize support function actors on short-term actions.
  • Organize training needs of teams and manage versatility according to defined targets.
  • Manage warehouse process performance and team according to SPS/SIM rules and plant cycle events.
  • Deploy and implement SC Planning Central team guidelines for inventory management.
  • Ensure inventory accuracy with permanent alignment between operations and inventory (IT data and physical situation).
  • Guarantee service level, quality environment, process lead time, maintenance, and productivity goals are met.
  • Manage yearly appraisals of all DVC inside the sector.
  • Monitor and analyze logistic costs.
