Our unit in Västerås is looking for a Warranty & Service Project Manager to join our international team at the Global Center of Competence for Power Quality Service. You'll be part of a high-spirited team, collaborating with colleagues across the organization. In this role, you will be managing Warranty and Service projects, including technical and commercial responsibilities. This position will enhance your technical competence and contribute to the transition towards greener energy solutions.

How you'll make an impact

  • Managing ongoing Warranty and Service projects for the Power Quality portfolio, acting as a point of contact for internal and external customers.
  • Handling a variety of tasks in the projects such as fault investigations, coordination of site activities, and customer relationship management.
  • Supporting the resolution of quality issues for your assigned projects together with the engineering team, suppliers, and customers.
  • Operational and financial reporting for projects while driving continuous improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Collaborating globally with responsible parties in the regions and local operation units to support our customers around the world.
  • Delivering according to customer expectations within budget and expected quality.

Your background

  • Degree in Engineering or other equivalent work experience.
  • 2-3 years of work experience; experience in project management and/or from the Energy Sector is a bonus.
  • HSE, quality and integrity mindset.
  • Organized, structured, and collaborative personality.
  • Ability to prioritize and take responsibility for your deliveries.
  • Fluent in English, both written and verbal; other languages such as Swedish, Spanish, or German are considered an added value.
