Workshop Operations and Logistics specialist

We are looking for an Workshop Operations and Logistics specialist for a company in Gothenburg. Start is in June, 6 months contract to begin with.

Responsibilities:

As part of our test site operations, your tasks will include:

• Operating electric trucks for short-range movements between test locations, workshops, and charging stations
• Preparing installation areas by following manuals for non-electrical charger installations
• Building basic platforms and supporting structures for charging equipment
• Loading/unloading equipment for flatbed transport using truck-mounted crane (up to 18 tons)
• Operating forklifts and managing test-related materials and shipments
• Administering and scheduling activities for our internal EV test fleet (approx. 10 vehicles)
• Occasionally transporting chargers between test sites
• Supporting planning and coordination of activities in our test lab together with the test and development team

Requirements:

• Fluent in Swedish – spoken and written
• Very good English skills – spoken and written
• C-class driver's license
• Forklift driver license
• Experience in handling logistics, vehicle movements, and load handling
• Good practical/technical skills and the ability to follow manuals and site instructions

Merit to have:

• Truck-mounted crane license (up to 18 tons)
• Certification for hot work (Heta Arbeten)
• Experience from working in a workshop or technical test environment
• Background in supporting field installations, preferably related to vehicles or infrastructure

This role requires fluency in both Swedish and English.

This is a full-time consultant position through Incluso in Gothenburg. Start is in June, 6 months contract to begin with.
